"We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. "The Churchill Hotel was perfectly located with paid parking just outside its doors. The staff was welcoming and helpful and just outside its doors were bars, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfotable with AC. Breakfast featured many choices. Our Omaha Band of Brothers tour picked up from the adjacent parking lot and the hotel offered tours to Mont St Michael as well. The Cathedral is beautiful and we were sad to miss the music/light show."

Historic building on a quiet street with ample street parking (to avoid paying fee to park in hotel lot) Room was large with high ceilings and great storage, Decor and furnishings felt a bit dated. Kids' twin sofa beds were not comfortable. Master bedroom was large and comfortable. Check-in experience was great -- very attentive and helpful staff -- took the time to explain everything and to show us our room. I would recommend staying here as a good option to consider in Bayeux, but might consider two rooms next time vs the larger family suite, as our kids are old enough to have own space (and second bathroom0."

"Breakfast is included, so all good there. I was on the top floor when the outside temps were in the low 30s. The room was adequate for me but would have been much better with aircon. For the price I paid, I have no complaints at all. No fridge or aircon but did include towels and tea / coffee making facilities. Perfectly good."
