"Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. "This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. "Modern and clean in good location"

"Très bien, appartement spacieux"

"Very clean and beautiful hotel"

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was great. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay very convenient. The only setback was the parking. The listing mentions that parking spaces are available, but in reality, you have to park in a nearby public parking area. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay."

"Arrivée tardive mais facile. Environnement calme. Hébergement à proximité de toute commodités et de la Suisse."

"Excellent location, clean room and spacious."
