TV/radio out, personne pour trouver la solution savonnettes, shampoo etc, sont bloqués, pour la 2ème fois l'eau du lévier reste dans le lévier personne en réception malgré le "daily opend from 7a.m to 10 p.m je requiert un rabais et vous conseille de contrôler régulièrement vos chambres.....

Súper cómodo

Un gran hotel, diseño súper moderno y minimalista. Me encantó la habitación, amplia, con mucha luz. Súper conveniente la cocina y equipada con todos lo que puedas necesitar. Cuenta con gimnasio equipado con mancuernas y también cuenta con lavandería. Me pareció súper cómodo. El único detalle a mejorar es la limpieza en las habitaciones durante la estancia no es la mejor.

Amazing Hotel in the city centre

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. The room is self contained studio where you have cooking facilities especially with current situation where all bars and restaurants were providing only takeaway service. The receptionists and service personnel were always welcoming happy to help.

Great stay

Great hotel in a great location in Nyon. Quiet, comfortable and air conditioned. Housekeeping needs improving. Room was not serviced the first day and just the bed made the second day with a dirty cloth left in the room. This was different to what was promised on the card in the room. Apart from that I can thoroughly recommend

Lockdown ist nicht an allem Schuld ...

Wir waren 7 Nächte in einer PremiumSuite. Wegen Lockdown nur 2x pro Woche Housekeeping - grundsätzlich ok, leider war sonst nur zw. 11 - 17.00 Uhr Reception erreichbar. Leider nicht einmal den Boden aufgenommen. Es war leider auch kein Staubsauger etc. vorhanden, um selbst zu reinigen - enttäuschend.
