"Lovely hotel and great staff. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. St Austell town has limited facilities- no shops, bars or restaurants to speak of. Charlestown and Par -both nearby have many bars and restaurants. "

"Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway. "

"The pool was lovely some tiles need work. Room looked new lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Staff were all really nice, friendly and approachable. Lovely night would definitely stay again."
