The chalet was big enough to cover 10-12ppl. It was nice and cozy with the fireplace. The place is clean and there’s a lot of cutlery to use. We wanna go tubing but it is closed on that day so we end up swimming in the pool. The water in the pool is warm and nice. We did enjoy staying and we will go back again hopefully next year:)

Service client médiocre. Duatlon sur le site ce matin donc environ une centaine de personnes qui envahissent le site sans jamais avoir été mis au courant par l’hôtel malgré mes quelques appels. Impossible d’aller se baigner à la plage ou pratiquer sport nautique comme le kayak. Après discussion avec la réception pour leur faire part de notre mécontentement, on se fait dire d’aller à la piscine!!! Jamais d’excuses de leur part. Vraiment décevant d’être traité ainsi surtout pour le prix payé. Manque de respect de la personne au service à la clientèle.

Je n'y retournerai plus

Lit méga inconfortable au condo B-203 au point où nous avons préféré repartir à la maison au lieu de coucher là une autre nuit. Télévision brouillée, wifi qui rentre mal, ... Par contre, la propreté est impeccable et l'emplacement idéal. La réception fermait à 18h et aucun service après !!

Beautiful pristine property on a lake. Great trails to walk. Kayaking was lots of fun and even saw a loon. Restaurant was very good for supper. Unfortunately no breakfast available. Second room in the condo was disappointing. Claimed 2 queen beds but only the master room had a queen. Kitchen was well equipped.

The resort is very private and peaceful . They have all facilities that we are looking for . The view of lake is beautiful . I certainly will be back if I got a chance be in St-Donat ! 😁😁

Ce que j’ai préféré est la vue sur le lac et le côté pratique de mon condo 1 lit. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié est de ne pas avoir pu souper au restaurant du Grand R, alors que j’ai tenté de réserver ( j’étais seule) dès mon arrivée.

Clean and well equipped,for self service guest.Generally staff was friendly but understaffed( I guess due to Covid)During a busy weekend the hotel Resturant was fully booked, there was only one serveuse( Kimberly) who served with a smile and did excellent job of tending the bar and the tables.Rooms on ground floor lack privacy, see through curtains on front glass door and large side windows, one could hear the guest above walking, poor sound proofing. Rude call from front desk insisting to vacate the room, by 11am even though the check in time was 4pm.

The place is ok in general. However the bed base was very old and it cracked every time we turned while sleeping, that woke us up many times during the night. Also the fridge was very noisy and we could hear the steps from the people upstairs whose kids were running since early in the morning. My boyfriend and I wanted to relax and rest and we were not able to do so.

Le condo etait douillet et moderne,la piscine était parfaite et la vue sur le lac et les montagnes sublime. Seul désagrément la piscine fermait a 19hrs trop tôt.
