"We had a quiet sleep with good air through the windows. A fan was provided but no AC. The dinner at the hotel resturant was a true French meal with a wide selection of wines. "

"We had two rooms, each with a sleeping area, nicely-furnished sitting area, and large bathroom--all this for an unbelievable reasonable rate. The dining room is beautiful. The breakfast, was outstanding and reasonably priced. We did not have dinner here. The front desk staff and dining room staff were extraordinarily helpful and capable."

"Beautiful Chateau in a quiet and tranquil area. Old rustic charm creates a wonderful experience. The staff are fantastic! "Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
