Une honte pour cet hôtel ...

Lamentable, c'est hôtel est fortement à déconseiller tant que le directeur actuel dirige cet établissement, je m'explique.  J'avais réservé dans cette hôtel 2 chambres pour la nuit du samedi 21 au dimanche 22 juin 2025. J'avais fait cette réservation le 16 ou 17 juin sur le site de hôtel première classe en laissant les coordonnées demandés (téléphone, adresse mail et le reste...). Je suis arrivé comme convenu dans l'après-midi du samedi 21 juin pour la réception des clés et là que ne fût pas mon étonnement, la personne à l'accueil m'annonce que la climatisation de l'hôtel est en panne depuis le début de la semaine, comme le montre dans des avis publiés sur le site de l'hôtel par d'autres clients, et que malheureusement aucune entreprise était intervenue à ce jour. Cette personne qui avait repris son travail le matin même venait de l'apprendre par sa direction. Je vous rappelle que cette journée, il y avait des températures allant jusqu'à 34 voir 35°,  je vousdis pas la température dans les chambres. C'est la  ou je suis fortement écœuré, car en aucun cas, la direction de l'hôtel a essayé de me mettre au courant de cette situation, par mail ou même en me passant un coup de fil, c'est inadmissible de laisser des clients dans cette situation. C'est pour cela que je déconseille fortement cette hôtel par ce manque de professionnalisme.

De passage pour un mariage nous avons apprécié de pouvoir arriver des 12h ( plutôt que 14h dans d’autres hôtels. Tout était très propre, la literie très confortable et ferme comme il faut quand on souffre du dos, et le personnel sympathique
