"The grounds were beautiful though the room is dated. Staff is great. 5 star service. However there is no indoor pool as claimed in property details on Expedia."

"キッチンの設備が整っていて、コンロでの調理ができたのがありがたかった。ウォーターサーバーがあり飲水の心配をしなくてもよいのもよかった。 ベッドも清潔で広々していた。 レストランの食事がどれもとても美味しく、しかもリーズナブルで気に入った。朝食メニューも豊富で4泊して毎朝違うものをえらぶことができた。 COZYかつCOMFORTABLEなホテルで快適に過ごすことができた。"

"Everything about this place is top notch. It’s clean - and I mean clean, clean - , the staff is fantastic, food is great, and the rooms are spacious. Good location, too. "Great location, very kind staff who work hard to create a charming unique hotel in busy Thamel area. Courtyard is lovely. Breakfast options are delicious. Staff are very helpful and patient. Like the suggestions for walks, restaurants, etc that hotel sent out as well. Highly recommend"

"Great location with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location to airport is quite convenient but don't expect a quiet stay - and not just from the planes. Dogs barking, construction sounds. There was a misunderstanding about the shuttle. Pickup from the airport is free but there is a charge for the return to the airport. Restaurant was very pleasant and staff lovely. There is a significant rip in the carpet leading into the elevator that needs repaired - a trip hazard and luggage can catch. Also the marble...

"Convenient location, a little noisy for my taste at night, has casino on bottom floor."

"Spa was wonderful. I particularly recommend shirodhara treatment."
