The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. "A small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. "
