What a amazing place, cannot fault this in anyway from the watervilla to complimentary shuttle bus to the railey beach and ao hang.

Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.

Nice size rooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The room has a beach bag and sandals and umbrella for you to use as needed. Air conditioning worked great. Everything was clean. Room cleaned daily. Bed was okay, bedding also okay. Great location.
They advertise they provide an airport shuttle. They do not. They advise you to book it with a travel
company. Breakfast is very expensive, and skippable. Nice pool and kids area. Not too loud unless your neighbors are.
overall good stay, but will probably try another hotel/resort next time just to compare.
