"Location is perfect for walking distance to restaurants and bars. Police station adjacent to hotel so felt safe walking my dog out after dark. Hotel restaurant with good menu and average prices 11-14$ sandwiches. Only down side is no complimentary breakfast. Nice surprise I found during this stay was outdoor patio. Located on second floor. Large area with tables /chairs , couches etc . Nice get away in afternoon to relax with the sun"
"I like this place a lot. Its small and quiet. All rooms are on the ground floor. The rooms are nice and clean. Very close to Blossom music center, whice is the reason i stayed here. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. "
"Pet could get under bed between the frame and mattress on sides of bed some inns put rat posion under beds years ago. She found something under there and pucked up at the showhall"
"Check in was easy, our room was clean and it was close to public transportation which was convenient in getting to downtown Cleveland. Onsite dining and bar and valet parking was also very convenient. "
"Cool property near across the street from the NASA facility. It looks non-descript on the outside but is nice and new looking on the inside. We booked a room with two queen beds and received what looked more like a suite with a separate bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness room is decent with pairs of dumbbells from 20-50 pounds, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a spin bike, and a treadmill. Good value overall. Would definitely stay there again."
"Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up.
The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too!"
"Danielle st front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Sabrina in housekeeping was very friendly and assisted us with what we needed. Maureen at breakfast watched my support dog, Faith while I got my breakfast. All of the housekeeping, front desk and maintenance staff were really friendly."
