"I had to travel unexpectedly to Cleveland for a funeral, and with the city packed due to a Morgan Wallen concert, most hotels were either fully booked or charging astronomical rates. I was beyond grateful to find a last-minute room at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood, which turned out to be an incredible experience during a difficult time.
I literally booked from the airport around 5:30 a.m. for just one night, unsure of what to expect. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 a.m....

Rose, who checked me in, could not have been more friendly or helpful, and Mike (who was on duty this morning) helped me out with a couple of small problems. "
"Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up.
The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too!"
