The omelet chef was the brightest part of the stay - he enjoys his work and takes great pride in delivering only the best. Unfortunately the clerk we had at check in was on the other end of the spectrum. Our room was never completely serviced - missing bathmat and coffee service was not replenished. The fact that several of the wall mounted hallway lights (which are positioned beside each room door) are hanging very crooked also demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. It is the "little things" that make a lasting impression.
