"This hotel had excellent value in that they do not charge for overnight parking. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. It also featured a full buffet breakfast for no additional charge. The rooms are nice. My room did not have a microwave oven. The mini fridge didn’t keep my food cold so that was unfortunate. My only problem with my room was the bed. I had a room with 2 queen beds and both beds had zero support. For someone with back problems like me, it was difficult to sleep and I ended up moving to the couch that had better and more firm support than the beds. I’d stay here again if I could get a better mattress."
"It was my wife's b-day outing and It started out great with valet taking our car for $30 unlimited, a dinner at the bar and grill and free drink vouchers. The food was great and the drinks were good. But it all started going down hill from there. The front desk worker Cheryl treated us like we weren't guests for about an hour and told us the little drink shop was only for guests. Of course she apologized when I told her we were guests but you don't treat people like that you ask first instead of assuming.
Walking around the boat was nice but when we finally got to our room we immediately noticed how dusty they lamps, coffee machine, counter, and blinds were. At first we said it's an old place so it must get dusty fast but then we opened the blinds and after so the dust settled we saw a giant spider web on the inside of the window! That's disgusting because it shows they have not cleaned or duster the room in forever. I went straight to Cheryl and told her and she said "I'm surprised" and "we're all booked sorry about that."
There was nothing we could do. So we slept on the firm bed in the dusty room. The next day we went back to the bar and grill excited for the food but it was a completely different experience! Turns out they had new chefs working that morning and the delicious calamari we ordered the previous day was not delicious anymore, the eggs Benedict were not cooked all the way you can see the egg white dripping down."
"Tariq customer service was very unprofessional and rude. I had to push the chair to secure the door because the lock was very unstable. A total nightmare there! I will NEVER spend my money there again. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!"
"The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast is buffet style and delicious and includes biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, bagels, english muffins, and cereals."
