Stopover.

Plush hotel but loud noise from heavy engineering on the nearby railway kept us awake and the room was too hot with the window closed. Worth paying extra for a lakeside room. Good breakfast and free EV charging was a bonus although we had to wait for a space. Dog friendly and lots of nearby walks.

Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft.

Staff was mostly very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar were fantastic. The facility was clean, the rooms were very nice - a small little balcony and nice interior design. The rooms were mostly quiet, but i would recommend a lake side room if possible. The hotel sits right on a road so if you leave a window open there is definitely vehicle and train noise. Also sauna was only open 17-2300 which was a bit strange, especially in a cold weekend. Overall nice place.

Do not allow yourself to be enticed by the words that the room faces a hill, in reality the room faces a fairly busy road, and a railway line. Only book a room facing the lake.

I stayed with this hotel a few times, in general my stays were good, however my last stay wasnt. Apperently the hotel was fully booked, but I made an online reservation. So it took them some time to get me a room. There was a big group of people have a company dinner, this was loud, and they gave me a table next to this group while other parts of the restaurant were empty

Original booked room was very noisy with cars and train passing from early morning. When asked to change room had to pay for an upgrade. Sauna which is mentioned in amenities was open only from 17.00 which useless at any sence.

La restauration, autant le dîner que le petit déjeuner. Problèmes de personnel (tables non et mal débarrassées au petit déjeuner). Personnel vite dépassé et perdue. Le soir au dîner multitude de personnel à votre service sans logique ni organisation. Très très décevant (il y a deux ans bien meilleur service). Propositions de plat décevant par rapport à il y a deux ans. L’Angus, excellentissime il y a deux ans est remplacé par de l’Argentin, décevant en quantité et qualité, pour un prix au plat exorbitant (35€). Je suis prêt à payer ce prix mais avec de la qualité. Très très décevant. A ne pas conseiller.
