Very good at the price. Nice swimminh pool, decent breakfast, perfectly comfortable. It is a bit dated, but I dont mind that.wifi worked and the staff were friendly l eniugh. Short walk to the makn square.

Good value for money

The Hotel is in a great location with easy on-street parking available, it is also in walking distance to the town center with nice restaurants and shops close by. The rooms are somewhat basic and the furniture looks a bit tired, but everything is clean and comfortable. The sauna and pool are great and a big bonus after a long day travelling. The breakfast buffet offers a good choice of fresh and tasty food and drink. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, he even extended the sauna opening time especially for us, since we arrived quite late. Top marks for excellent service!

Emplacement proche centre ville Hôtel très daté… l’odeur de cigarette dès la réception et dans la chambre nous a fortement déplue . Impossible d avoir la wifi Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Nous avons bien profité de tous nos voisins La literie est très souple et les lits grinçaient tellement dès qu’on se retournait… Heureusement nous avons fini sur une note positive avec le petit déjeuner

Es lässt sich insgesamt zusammenfassen mit den Worten: „Nicht schön, aber es funktioniert.“ Das Hotel Meran ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Interieur ist nicht schön und hat seinen Charme - den es vor 40 Jahren vermutlich mal hatte - verloren. Die Zimmer sind, wenn man nicht zu genau hinschaut sauber. Lüftungen und der gleichen sind jedoch stark verstaubt. Das Personal war zu Teilen äußerst unfreundlich, andere wiederum waren forsch, aber im Herzen nett. Das Frühstück möchte ich jedoch positiv hervorheben, es gibt alles was man braucht, inklusive frischem Rührei, wenn gewünscht. Man könnte aus dem Hotel schon etwas machen, vor allem die Sauna und das Schwimmbecken bieten Potenzial. Allerdings müsste hier viel Geld in die Hand genommen werden. Für unseren 3 tägigen Aufenthalt war es akzeptabel, nicht aber schön. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt insgesamt nicht richtig.

Als wäre man ein Teil einer Murder Mystery Folge. Sehr unheimlich und eigenartig dort. Service flop, beim Frühstück hatte die Dame eine Jogginghose an und man musste sich den Kaffee selbst von hinter der Bar holen anstatt eines Kruges oder einer Kaffeemaschine. Komische Gegend und komisches Personal. Zimmer ebenso minderwertig - danke aber nie wieder.

Willkommen im „Hotel Meran“ in Saarbrücken – oder wie ich es nenne: „Das Tor zur Hölle mit All-Inclusive Albtraum!“ Wenn ihr dachtet, dass es nichts Schlimmeres gibt als einen schlechten Horrorfilm, dann wartet ab, bis ihr hier eincheckt. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wird man vom Besitzer begrüßt, der so schmuddelig ist, dass man fast den Impuls verspürt, sich selbst zu desinfizieren. Der Typ wirft einem Blicke zu, bei denen man sich fragt, ob man nicht besser in einem Tatort statt in einem Hotel gelandet ist. Ich habe mein Zimmer doppelt abgeschlossen, nur um sicherzugehen, dass er nicht mitten in der Nacht "nach dem Rechten sieht". Das Zimmer? Katastrophe pur. Der Teppich sah aus, als hätte er den letzten Weltkrieg überlebt, die Bettwäsche war ein Ratespiel an Flecken (ist das Schokolade oder... lieber nicht wissen!), und das Badezimmer war so ekelhaft, dass selbst die Schimmelpilze gekündigt haben. Und dann die Putzfrau – ein echter Profi... im Nichts-Tun! Sie marschierte rein, schnappte sich eine alte Socke (keine Ahnung, wem die gehörte), grinste schief und war schneller weg, als ich „Reinigung“ sagen konnte. Ob sie das Wort „Sauberkeit“ kennt, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Zu den besonderen Highlights des Aufenthalts zählte der Moment, als der Hund eines anderen Gastes plötzlich verschwand. Wer klaut denn bitte einen Hund? Während der Betreiber dafür ausnahmsweise nichts konnte, war draußen vor dem Hotel ein Typ im Rollstuhl, der lautstark die Fahrradfahrer beschimpfte.

J'avais réservé un lit double pour une nuit mais a notre arrivée c'était 2 lit simple j'ai bien expliqué que j'avais réservé une chambre double avec un lit double mais aucun effort à été fait par le personnel d'accueil pour me fournir une autre chambre avec lit double.
