"The price of the hotel is a mid range however the room, the facility and the breakfast is high end. When I first entered the room, the decorations and the furnishings and the ambiance feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with several healthy options. The hotel made my trip to Sapa very memorable and made me want to plan to go back."

"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."

"I absolutely loved my stay here and recommended to another traveler I met in Hanoi. The first night in Sapa I stayed at another hotel at the same price (it currently has 8.8 stars) and this was far better. The most comfortable bed in my Vietnam trip and the city view was gorgeous. The staff were so kind. I will absolutely stay again next time."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price."
