Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch.

Very nice and clean hotel centrally located in SaPa. Wonderful staff from house keeping to kitchen staff to reception. Special thanks to the excellent reception team of Kevin, Joyce, and Leo. Kevin was especially helpful- always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice even though the bathrooms are a little dated. Hotel management need to take on a no nonsense approach for rowdy and drunken guests as my colleague and myself where woken up in the early hours by yelling and banging on doors by these inconsiderate undesirables. The good points is the staff are wonderful and accomodating and very polite. The location is excellent being right in the heart of where all the action is and also Sapa train station is right across the road. The acoustics need to be looked at as the hallways leading to guest rooms are all tiled and there is a lot of noise when other guests are coming and leaving their room. The buffet breakfast is excellent and plenty of choice. There is also a 24 hr gym that is well equiped. The skybar is excellent for a meal or a quiet drink and has a wonderful view out to the square and mountains.

Apart from noise caused by rather drunk couples at level 4, who screamed and sang happy birthday song loudly at 12:55am for almost 10mins until staff came up to ask them to stop, everything else was great. Nice clean room, breakfast was good. Located at the centre of Sapa, just opposite of the Sapa station. Lots of eateries, cafes, shops nearby. Staffs were great as well.

Hotel Sapa Square is in a perfect location right in the center of Sapa, next to Sun Plaza and just steps away from the monorail to Fansipan cable car. Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance. The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a truly welcoming experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church. Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests.

The bathroom the top of the sink has a moldy & the room has fusty. If you get a tour from them they will very friendly. However, if you do not, they turn a pace and treat you with basic - the outside build is nice and near ar.

I have stayed in numerous spots in South PAUL this is the best. It is centrally located and you can walk to everywhere easily. And the rooftop bar is exceptional and offers an unparalleled view of the amphitheater stadium and the city.

Perfect spot for our purposes.

We stayed one night at the BB Hotel Sapa on our way back from a mountain home stay. The hotel was very comfortable and located perfectly for our purposes. We had a good night’s sleep with no complaints.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Skootterin vuokraaminen onnistui helposti ja hotellissa oli oma parkkihalli. Aamupala olisi voinut olla runsaampi. 길만 건너면 선플라자입니다. 위치는 사파 최고! 다만 많은 관광객들이 찾는 곳이라 시끄러워요. 편안한 숙면은 기대한다면 비추천입니다. 그러나 직원 응대는 훌륭합니다. 새벽에 도착했는데도 웃으며 짐 맡아줬어요.
