Stunning view with great location, this is first time we have traveled to Sapa town and we had a great holiday when stayed at Chau Long hotel and we really enjoyed, room, view, breakfast ... was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel!

We had a lovely 2 day experience. Our room (deluxe) had a wonderful view of the mountains of Sapa. Room was big and comfortable, hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! totally recommend it.

The best hotel with cheap rate, Chau long hotel locates on Sapa centre, just some minutes to get to main street.. very convenient for shopping, the room is nice decorated with balcony to view Muong hoa valley and fansipan mountain, breakfast's excellent with many of choice .. highly recommend.

Lovely staff, great views and well priced. I would definitely stay here again. Being able to use the Waiting Room to shower before catching the train back to Ha Noi was also greatly appreciated.

Nice hotel with excellent service, we stayed just one night at Chau Long Sapa and we really satisfied, the room is clean and large, bathroom is well equipped with bathtub, breakfast is good with plenty of choice, late check out at 3:pm is free, We will book this hotel for next trip to Sapa.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We booked one room on high floor for one night, room is wonderful with mountain view, clean, modern.. breakfast is tasty with plenty of choice. We really love western food at Sky view restaurant on top floor of hotel.. Highly recommend !

Hotel is so beautiful with amazing view.. room is big and we'll decor on local style, Private balcony is good place to see sapa landscape, breakfast is plenty of choice .. local and western food also.. we had dinner on sapa sky view that locates on seventh floor of hotel.. this may be one of the most beautiful restaurant of this area.. our dinner was too tasty. Excellent location, just five minutes to get Chau Long hotel from sapa centre, hotel is big with seven floor, we are lucky for having roon on sixth floor with specular view. Room is well decorated with good equipment, a large private balcony for sightseeing, buffet breakfast is excellent, swimming pool with warm water is good to relax after full day trekking.. we had a lovely holiday. Thanks hotel staff so much !

I arrived early to the hotel and the staff made it a priority to get my room ready so I could get settled in. They were so accommodating. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staffs very helpful and friendly. I spent my evening at the rooftop restaurant with friends and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Highly recommend this place for all my friends. Thank so much !

Hotel med rogrog god service

Virkelig god service og sød personale, som hjalp med at arrangere ture. Værelset var ok, dog var afløbet i bruseren stoppet. Morgenmad var fin og med flot udsigt. Hotellet så lidt slidt ud men alt i alt et rigtig fint sted.

Nice hotel, poor customer service.

Stayed here for 1 night and made a late booking. Hotel took 2 hours to confirm booking after showing them confirmation. My confirmation was not good enough. Made me call and message booking agent to gain access. Poor customer service. Lesser hotels showed better accommodation. Not 4 star. Would not recommend to anyone booking last minute. Served hot tea on check in which was nice. Overall room was nice with nice view of mountains.

Slightly dated but nice & great staff.

Nice hotel with lovely views from the bedroom balcony so long as you have good weather otherwise you will just see fog. Staff are very helpful. It's located very close to main road which you can walk to for food, massages etc. Good size room..spacious and bed very comfy.
