"Check in am Telefon für 9:00 Uhr geklärt und bestätigt bekommen. Dann bei Ankunft wusste der neue Mitarbeiter von nichts. Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, da sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia nicht fähig waren, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia wird von mir gemieden. "In short: If you can handle dirty, you will maybe be okay. If you can't, you probably will check out after 5 minutes and find something else.
