Really great place in Hamburg

Great neighbourhood and a great place to stay! Comfy beds and also a nice bakery/coffee place on the ground floor. Parking 35 euro AO a bit expensive but just around the corner from the hotel, could be possible to find spots on the street but quite busy. Grocery stores close by and also restaurants! We will come back!

It was a really nice place to stay. The staff were very helpful. It is a nice location. The only negative was street noise from construction. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Hamburg

Everything very good except rooms /towels not cleaned during our 5 day stay .Bins and rubbish not taken away.We were told at the end that you had to pay extra for that. Supermarket next door very handy

All surround sound by Bluetooth speakers overhanging the ceiling is a cool surprise! Everything is solid and sturdy, the lightings are many, floor size mirror, electricity sockets well positioned right where you need them, the shower works really well. Very helpful staff! Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Hamburg

We stayed at Hood House for a family weekend. The rooms are apartments and so are complete with crockery, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc. As apartments they are only serviced weekly, but anything needed (towels, toilet paper etc) was readily available from the reception staff, all of whom were really pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. Excellent public connections in the area for the airport, stations and places to visit in Hamburg.

Es war uns leider nicht klar, dass Gäste mit Hunde spezielle Zimmer bekommen. Die Buchung eines Superior-Zimmer war somit um sonst und für den Hund muss man auch 20€ pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlen. Badezimmer sehr klein. Sonst nettes Ambiente. Frühstück besser woanders
