Synes 29 euro for morgenmad er i dyrt når man som jeg rejser meget og ikke spiser andet end et par spejlæg og drikker en kop kaffe. Der var lidt bøvl med at få fyldt minibaren efter et par dage, fordi de har et gratis koncept i starten, så måtte forklare at jeg gerne ville betale for det ekstra, lidt spøjst. Blev også smidt ud af fitness kl. 2 pm da jeg fik at vide at der skulle behandles i et lille rum i hjørnet af det store fitness lokale, virker lidt underligt på mig at man holder et kæmpe fitness lokale lukket pga. et lille behandlingslokale i det ene hjørne, som tilmed havde vægge ? Var det ikke bedre at flytte behandlingslokalet væk fra fitness så ? Dejligt med parkering under hotellet med mulighed for opladning, kunne være rart hvis det var muligt at booke på forhånd.

För ett hotell av den storleken och generella standard är det synd att gymmet har totalt värdelösa öppettider för oss på tjänsteresa. 17:00-22:00 passar väldigt dåligt till långa arbetsdagar där tidiga träningspass passar bättre.

We stayed for two nights and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We arrived early due to our flight landing in the morning and knew check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We had already contacted the hotel to ask about leaving our luggage, which they were happy to store for us. When we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and let us know our room would actually be ready within the hour. We popped out for some food nearby and came back to check in before heading into Hamburg. The location is perfect, right next to the U-Bahn station, which made getting around the city so easy and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. There was everything you could possibly want, yoghurt, cereals, cakes, pastries, cooked breakfast, fresh bread, meats and cheeses. There was even a pump of Nutella, which was a big hit with our 12-year-old! We genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Ambiente war wirklich schön und die Sauna super zum Entspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Auswahl war top. Nur zu Stoßzeiten war es wirklich voll, da musste man sich ein wenig durchkämpfen. Trotzdem würden wir definitiv wieder buchen!
