"Spacious room and Clean bathroom"

"Rooms are big and roomy however Valet parking was terrible better to avoid 2 morning in a row I called and asked them to bring my car around and bothe times they said yes however both times they didn’t go to retrieve car until I was there. Very poor service in Valet"

"Really wonderful"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view of the opera house is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is the internet charge ($25/ day) which should be included in the rate for the hotel of this caliber. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel if u plan to be in sydney."

"This is the first hotel that I saw with Dyson hair dryer!!!"

"Complimrbtary early checkin with waiting in the lounge with city view."

"Great location, hotel is really nice and the staff are great."

"Staff were very nice and helpful."

"We had an apartment room with balcony, the room was very clean and although a busy part of the city, it was still quite. Staff were great and always helpful. Breakfast was first class. Loved the location, easy transport options and close to everything we love about Sydney. Thanks"

"The hotel was well placed for us, and breakfast was superb! Rooms and lobbies were clean and tidy. We were slightly disappointed with a few things in our room - we paid for the High Country Suite which was supposed to have an enhanced mini bar but didn’t (and despite asking never got a response), the hook on the door to the outdoor area was broken so couldn’t be held open, the rug had a lot of stains on it. Not a huge issue at all but when upgrading to the best suite was slightly disappointing."

"Staff were very helpful and attentive. They immediately offered to help with luggage, offered assistance with internet connection issues and provided boxed breakfast for our very early departure. There were always numerous staff eager to help with an exceptionally pleasant attitude!"
