Rusutsu Packages (Flight + Hotel)

We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction. The breakfast included a variety of options; however, it did not change much during our stay and it sometimes got very crowded so we had to wait a while before getting seated. The staff were the highlight of this hotel; service was excellent.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The onsen and sauna are great after walking a lot during the day. Everyday from 3 to 5 pm, they offer welcoming drinks. I stayed in their Shinjuku hotel before, and this one is just as nice.

Excellent stay. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

It was a well appointed hotel w very nice front desk staff. Breakfast could be better but all the other amenities were terrific.
