"We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit on the 17th floor with an amazing ocean view. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances were large, modern, and looked very new. I also really liked the bedding materials. However, some things definitely need improvement. Several bowls, plates, and pans were not clean, even one of them with mold. The bathrooms are very outdated. One shower head kept making noise, and water stopper was missing, etc. The king-size bed was also very uncomfortable. Every time one person moved or turned over, the other person could feel the whole bed shaking. We both ended up with back and neck pain after the stay. We stayed for 3 nights, but they only provided one day’s worth of shower gel/body wash. When we asked the front desk about the limited supplies, we were told, “It’s a home, not a hotel.” I understand that, but with the resort fees being charged, I think basic supplies should be a little more reasonable. There were also no beach towels or other beach supplies included, and you have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrellas. Even with these issues, we really enjoyed the beautiful view, great location, and spacious condo."

"When arrived I was thinking I was going to be disappointed. When I reached my room it wasn't 5 star and it was somewhat older but I was actually impressed. It doesn't have a elevator so that could be rough taking things up and down but I was blessed with a room on the ground floor which really isn't the ground floor. I stayed in 301. I did see other rooms that nobody was occupy through the window it looked pleasing but I can really only vouch for 301. The baseboards in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but I'm thinking it was the busy part of the year. So maybe that's the reason. They were painting when I left around the complex. I will be back"

"I got a room with a kitchen and there where no pots and pan and when I told me the staff they looked at me like I was crazy I ended up having to buy a pan to cook with. It was nice being able to walk outside and be at the beach"

"The room was fabulous and huge. It was very clean, and the view was awesome. It was very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The front desk lady was so helpful, I am ashamed I cannot remember her name. She gave great eating recommendations. I am looking forward to another stay very soon!"
