"Food was great. Majority of staff were friendly and efficient. If the hadn't tried to sit me facing a wall in a corner as a single guest, the rooms had aircon and better sound installation between them then this would have be 5 stars. Gripes aside I will most likely stay there again if I am visiting the same customer nearby."

Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate , sparkling and still water. Plenty on the breakfast menu to choose from. Restaurant menu looks nice i didnt have a meal as was visiting family. "Room was a little dated. Not the most comfortable bed and a little noisy as on the road. Would have expected a little more for price paid although room was very large. Check in staff friendly and helpful and food was decent for the price."

"A memorable stay for the best reasons. If any criticism, I feel the bathroom taps in our room were very difficult to turn, as they were narrow and round. Also there were no grab rails on the wall facing the bath, so for an elderly customer, the process of getting out of the bath was somewhat hazardous. We'll come again!"
