"Obviously perfect for airport.
What often annoys me is the tea making facilities in room. If I book a room for three people, I expect three cups for making drinks. So often you just get the normal two cups. This is normally a double room with an additional bed made up on the pull-out sofa. There's no excuse really."

"We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame.
As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again.
But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us)
Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"The room was okay. This was a remodel of an older hotel. The lobby was nice, the exterior was nice, but the room had been smoked in the past, and once that is baked into the walls and carpets, it never comes out. I can always tell because I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. The caulk job in the bathroom left some to be desired. The check-in gent was very kind and efficient. "Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi.
Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice.
The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!"
