"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. "The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. I stayed here twice, first at the start of my holiday and then at the end. The rooms are of a good standard, comparable to a good western hotel. Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of variety. The hotel is currently being refurbished throughout and the hotel is taking its time to make sure they have every detail right. Even so, you would not notice any of this work going on. By the summer it should have been completed and will include a swimming pool. When I come back to Bangladesh I will be sure to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone coming here. "
