"We arrived very late due to a difficult journey but were received in good humour. We needed a room on a floor close to the ground because our three dogs who came with us and we were swiftly moved from the 5th to 2nd floor despite it being close on midnight. We then having sorted ourselves out and took the dogs for a walk from which we did not return until 2am. The night porter was extremely patient.
