Check-in was great. The bathroom is tired and the showerhead couldn't be fixed. Bath was old. Food was nice however service very erratic. Parking great and lovely grounds with house cat!
Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately they only had a 9pm slot for evening meal so ended up going without food, far too late, although restaurant appeared quiet.. Breakfast however was very good.
This was a lovely find for a stop over on the way to the Alps. The rooms offer lots of space with split level feature. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, the free parking and the buffet breakfast. We weren't as fond of the dinner in the restaurant. It's a lovely, quiet area (takes awhile to get to!), but we loved it and will definitely want to come back again.

It looked like an old mansion in the picture from above, but it wasn't. But nevertheless, a nice stay, good breakfast and good dinner. Champagne was lovely!
It was quiet an de room was large. Nice.

Beautiful grounds, easy parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not use the SPA facilities. Check in was straight forward. Staff were ok. We did not eat at the hotel. Our room was ok, but more consistent with a 3 Star category, specially the bathroom which looked very tired and worn; the ceiling panels, tile groutings, bath and basin surface needed immediate attention / improvements. The air con worked fine and looked new. We had a good night sleep.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel.
Internet is rather slow unless you are standing next to the door, the usb chargers only work off you have the lights on (can’t charge tour phone overnight) there was no water fountain visible or with signs on the first floor.
Overall not impressed.
The rooms were clean, but that’s just the bare minimum one can expect.

Perfect location, great hotel in nature
Nice, well equiped and spacious room. Little outdated through, especially the bathroom. Nespresso is nice, but no watercooker: reception provided a pot of hot water. Very nice. F&B choices are good, but service not so. Very slow and un-attentive. Forgot the wine and water. We cancelled the main course after 90 minutes waiting we were titer. But starters and Bread were fabulous. Breakfast we skipped but the buffet looked great. Next time we will try.
The location in nature near the Lake and just 20min from Troyes is perfect. We came here already in the 90’s when it was part of Holiday Inn and loved the place. When it became Best Western I believe it was missing it’s former Grandeur, but now part of Logis Hotels it seems much better again.
So overall, good hotel, we suggestief Some further renovation and he staff is friendly, just for a good hotel it seems not so experienced. But we will come back for sure. All the best!
Very welcoming friendly staff and very helpful.
The room was nice and clean and spacious.

Pros: property is literally in the middle of nowhere, it had good sized family bedroom for a family of 4. Our bedroom, towels and linens was well maintained. Option for hot & cold breakfast was available till 10:00am. Good facility to practise golf. Plenty of free parking.
Cons: sadly the property is in a dire need for an update and upkeep. It was sad to see outside sitting area and pool area looking very dilapidated and run down. At the very front of the property there was a broken lamppost lying on the ground. This property has so much potential and I really hope they can invest some money to carry out the maintenance.
Large comfortable rooms with air conditioning - Very enjoyable evening meal.
If your looking for a stop-over it is a far better option than other road side hotels
Nice hotel, very convenient split level room with clean and simple decor. Pool looked a little tired with limited changing facilities but was otherwise enjoyed by the kids. Perfect for an overnight stay with the family.
