Marsden Stay Rotorua
Property overall was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Short walk to supermarkets and shopping area and 15mins to city centre. Check-in was quite a cumbersome process, having to fill in additional forms and pay the security deposit electronically, which took an extra 10-15mins.

Thermal Oak Motel
I missed the check-in time also their emails, they arranged the self- check in for me! The heater will not functioning well, but the room esp. the kitchen is well equipped.
