We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. "This review is somewhat of a challenge. The room was very good. The breakfasts were very good. Staff were friendly enough - the staff st the bar always appeared disinterested. The staff for breakfast were very conscientious. There was a serious problem a security matter. At about 1 a.m., a guy was screaming next to my room. "Check in went well, we obtained our key cards via the machine without problem. The location was excellent, close to the Latin quarter with the lively shops and restaurants. We slept well in the bed, very comfortable. The one complaint concerned the bathroom. Every time we used the sink, we were overwhelmed with a sewage smell which lasted and lingered throughout our stay (3 days). "We were so happy to see that this lovely space had room for us when we had to make some last minute travel changes! The owner was kind and happy to help us out with parking or directions. "The location is very close to the eyre square , the bus station and many restaurants, they have a bar a small breakfast and coffee shop. It is a little noisy at night but if you wear your earplugs you should be fine."
