"Nice room, really convenient to Purdue and good gym"

"The property’s biggest advantage is its excellent location right on campus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. However, the room was disappointingly small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably, especially given the high nightly rates. The restaurant was also overpriced. We used to love their breakfast, but this time the quality was disappointing. Overall, while the location is hard to beat, the high room rates, cramped...

"Solo traveler. The room was very clean which is the most imprtant thing in my book. Very quiet and I felt totally safe. The person at front desk was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate as a continental. Just to jazz it up, they could consider add ing some instant oatmeal packets and maybe bagels or English muffins. Peanut butter and jelly packets would be nice too. But def not a deal breaker. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and fresh...

"it feels like an older hotel in need of some remodeling"

"The place was well maintained, room was spacious and cleanliness was good. Breakfast was always great but after staying for 2 rounds of 5 consecutive days each time some changes in menu would be good , like bacons and other fresh fruits besides from bananas & oranges."

"We checked in late due to a flight delay and was listed as a no show. They were not able to get us into a room comparable to the one we originally had. It took them over 45 minutes to get us into a room and it was at 4 a.m. with no sleep had by us. They had cancelled the reservation and then had to rebook so we were charged twice for one room. The hotel told us they would send a credit to Expedia to cover our refund only to find out now they did not honor that. Would not stay at this hotel or...

"This hotel had about as much charm and character as a cinder block. Whoever decorated it must have been depressed. No color, design or joy. Not even a photo on the walls. Felt institutional ."

"I stay at the Double Tree every year when I visit my Purdue friends and family. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly and I enjoy the breakfast in the morning and a nightcap in the evening."

"Always a great stay at this hotel and will continue to be a loyal customer. Very accommodating when I have a request."
