"More maintenace"

"Really bad maintenance. Asked to clean my room after the second day and they didn’t. Ran out of toilet paper and they hardly gave us some. Ask for more clean towels and they didn’t."

"I was skeptical going here because of the location and price, but it was such a lovely place! Check-in was simple and easy, even when I had to check in super late at about 10pm. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge king bed, comfy bedding, a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and lots of outlets as well as USB and USB-C ports. Bathroom was big and clean, good water pressure and temperature. Only issue was that the air conditioner was quite loud but it worked well."

"The TV did not have cable, but was told to use antenna function. Still wouldn't pick up channels. Even though there are signs saying no smoking within 25 feet of the rooms, it reeked of marijuana almost constantly with nothing being said. The room was semi clean but could have used better cleaning."

"Dirty towel was inside of the broken mini fridge in the room"

"Great"

"Our stay was very nice. The location was convenient to the convention center and the property was clean and safe. Breakfast had good options and was very convenient. The room was great; clean and comfortable. My only wish is that the fitness center was available earlier as the hour of 9am–9pm are when we were out to the conference. Overall a great place. Would stay here again."

"Very Kind and courteous staff, valet service is exceptional. Room had issues with hot water being unavailable throughout my weekend stay. According to the photos presented during the website without the AI updates this place was absolutely stunning in 1999 ."
