"Fire alarm went off 5 times due to a mechanical failure. Then emergency lighting system inside our room continued flashing long after alarms subsided."

"The hotel looks run down. Very different from the pictures online booking. The worst part is there was a mouse in the bathroom and we couldn’t even finish our stay at the hotel due to rodents. While we’re were there, they interrupted the water and sent us a text saying it would be resolved soon. Our trip was for a funeral so on top of that devastation, we had to deal with all the issues from the property. Will not return to this location. I have stayed at other La Quinta’s and this location does...

"The best hotel stay in a 15 mile radius, hands down. The staff are kind, hotel is clean & smells wonderful (esp the lobby rn, great job) and you can definitely find something decent to eat at the included breakfast. Also there’s a tea/coffee/water bar 24/7, supper convenient. ~25 mins from the city!"

"The rooms and lobby were clean and well kept. The restaurant served great food. For the price, the student servers need much more training on how to be a good server."

"our flight was delayed twice and we came in way after midnight and they charged me for half of my room price as a penalty so instead of it being a nice place to stay, it turned into a complete nightmare. The staff is belligerent. Their policies are ridiculous. I will never stay at another one of their hotels."

"Room was clean and spacious"

"The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly."

"Nice room and lobby. The mattresses and sofa cushions were a bit soft, but otherwise everything was to our liking!"

"Short drive to Longwood Gardens. Next to a Texas Roadhouse and a Chick-fil-A."

"!"

"The staff is not very accommodating. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all."

"The room was clean. The property felt safe. The river view was excellent. There are no recreational amenities besides the airport shuttle. This is an older motel style. There is a park adjacent to the building that has benches and walking trails. I only needed a place to rest, so it fit my need."
