"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Breakfast was great and rooms were very nice. If the management wants ideas for improvement the bathrooms really need 3 more hooks to hang toiletry bags and wet towels on. We had no place to hang up the the towels. Also it would be nice if there is a way to make counter space in the bathroom . It would help the ladies that need a place to put their make up. There wasnt any counter space in the bathroom. "
