"We stayed one night, and it was terrible.
There were no signs explaining how to access the garage or that it opened with a button. Reception told me to park first, then return with our luggage to check in. Following their instructions, we found a group of 80+ tourists ahead of us and waited 40 minutes.
Our room was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was so dirty I wiped white residue off with my finger. The glass shower door was chipped and unsafe, the seals had mold, the towel bar fell off...
"What an adorable little boutique hotel in a great location rite across from the church, park and everywhere you want to be. Anna was a hostess with the mostess - super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed the free breakfast in their busy little cafe, and noon checkout allowed a relaxing morning."
"Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und für jeden war etwas dabei, es fehlte an nichts. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel El Tajo war angenehm und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen."
"Quite a unique property. It couldn't have been any closer to all the tourist sites. Very happy with accommodation. Suggestions: pillows could be replaced and no deck furniture on the balcony."
