Good hotel in a gorgeous setting

A nice hotel with incredible views across the valley - made for some beautiful sunsets! The pool is great with lots of sun loungers, although no morning sun due to its position. Hotel overall is lovely. My only ‘complaint’ is that sometimes the service could be slow at the bar and restaurant and sometimes you feel a bit abandoned - a couple of times we had to hunt people down to pay our bill so we could leave to get somewhere on time. Maybe one or two more staff would be a good idea!
