"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

"The apartment was immaculate and well provisioned for us. The management team was excellent - helpful, easy to access, responsive. This was the best apartment we had during our tour through Italy and we will certainly return to it next time we visit Bellagio. Thank you!"

"This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. "

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel proche de Bergame. J’ai été reçu de manière exceptionnelle par SAÏD à la réception. Il est très professionnel et très courtois. Il a fait le maximum pour rendre cette expérience inoubliable. Donc un très grand MERCI à SAID. C’est grâce à cette personne que je reviendrais très probablement dans cet établissement."

"We were travel by train n taxi to reach the property, no travel support between train stations n hotel. The property is next to the lake quite side, walking 10 mins to some nice restaurants Shuttle bus was available to Bellagio The property was a bit old n some upgrade are undergoing. We were happy to stay in this hotel"
