"This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!"

"A great deal of walking; area is very busy. Loved the water and experience of using water taxis and buses; staff friendly and helpful. A lot of stairs to get luggage up to room, but room very clean."

"Staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating. We needed a water taxi for our departure date and they arranged everything instead of us spending time doing it. We had to leave early before breakfast so they packed us a Togo bag. Breakfast is way above expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was up stairs which is all Venice and they are more than happy to carry bags for you. Love our stay there!!!!!!"

"I love the junior suite with its canal view! The hotel is located relatively away from touristy spots. Water bus does travel through the canal and you can hear it early in the morning. "

Hotel location is perfect for walking to places and easy to reach with luggage via waterbus, the room was spacious and looked nice, the upper floor had a nice view and the bathroom smelled freshly sanitized. 10/10 would recommend (or gatekeep)"

"Bodde i ett rum några trappor upp. Saknade hiss men gick bra ändå, verkar som många boenden i Venedig är arrangerade på liknande sätt. Charmigt rum med egen terass och viss utsikt över gator & kanal. Eget fräscht WC och dusch en trappa ner gick också bra"
