"I picked this guest house in large part because they advertise reliable Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was not reliable. I was working on this trip and was not able to participate in two brief, but very important zoom calls. The Wi-Fi password they supplied initially did not work, the second network password was unstable and they were very slow to respond to my urgent requests for assistance. There is no staff on site, everything is remote. This may not be a problem for many travelers, but it was a big...

"The elevator is ONLY for Luggage and was broken when we arrived. They did fix it by the second day. This hotel is a 15+ minute walk from the Venice train station (with luggage). The bridge over the main canal from the train station has only steps (no ramps) so you're either carrying your luggage up and down about 100+ steps or just slowly banging the wheels up and down them. Or you can pay a 'porter' an unknow amount of money to transport your luggage (we didn't let them). Most other bridges in...

"The property owners, Mario and Esmeralda were so easy to communicate with and made check-in process seamless. Their home is lovely and the breakfast they serve in the morning is icing on the cake to a wonderful stay. This location cannot be beat. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast giving it a 10 out of 10."

"Clean and great service "

"A pretty basic room with 3 beds, nothing fancy, but clean and neat. Breakfast was provided - a simple one, yogurt, toast, ham, coffee, cereal, milk, OJ, some sort of breakfast pastry. As is the case with breakfasts at all of the Italian places I've stayed at thus far, breakfast is cold - no hot food served or available unless you cook it yourself, which the breakfast room had if you wanted to do that. The location was relatively easy to find, and we just happened to arrive when a staff...

"Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there."

"Lovely family run business. "

"The ladies in charged with the breakfast and cleaning are awesome."

"Struttura bella e pulita. Colazione con varie scelte. Ci siamo trovati bene. "
