Have to shuttle down the mountain to get to town, many times there were guests left as shuttle filled up, therefore they had to wait an hour for it to come back. This is the only negative about the hotel. Overall very nice stay. "

The hotel was still in a state of disrepair (maintenance crew and noise). Because it was so new, there weren't many people there, which was a bummer.
