"Quaint, adorable place with extremely accessible locations close to all things in old town. Comfy beds! AC could have been a little better, but was still kept the room cool. The only thing I suggest is bringing an eye mask if your sensitive to light, as the room we were in overlooked the center of the markets and street lights were on all night. There are curtains but they do not block the light completely. Would stay here again!!!"

"Tarek the manager sorted up a hiccup in my reservation in no time. They helped me book a taxi to the airport at 3.45 am. And have been helpful throughout. The kitchen is clean and always available for hot water. Will definitely stay again"

"This hotel is stone throw away from Center of the Old Town Sarajevo. You are in the city in 2 minutes. Hotel is quiet, staff is super friendly and helpful. However, do not expect 5 star hotel. You get a small room, very nice homemade breakfast, but if you are in Sarajevo to explore and sight see - that is all you need. Ask them to make you Bosnian coffee with breakfast."

"The hotel was in a perfect location, a short walk away from the airport bus stop and Baščaršija - the Old Town - but in the quieter neighbourhood of Bistrik, in between the Latin Bridge and the cable car to Mount Trebević so you could have a peaceful night's sleep. There was also a nice, friendly, local bar at the bottom of the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my suite was incredibly spacious, pristine, modern and cool (temperature). Although I did not use the kitchenette, it was nice having a fridge for water etc. A lovely breakfast was also included. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my time in Bosnia & Herzegovina and this was by far my favourite. I would highly recommend."

"The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of many major historical landmarks. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and directly across from a taxi stand, which was extremely useful when we needed to get to the bus station at 5:00 a.m. (taxi cost approx 5 euros on the meter). The property is approximately a 10-minute drive from the train station, with a taxi costing around €10. Damir was an incredible host—very responsive, helpful, and happy to provide recommendations based on what we were looking for. His communication leading up to and throughout our stay was excellent. He even told me that if I had trouble finding a taxi at 4:30 a.m., I could call him. Thankfully, I didn't need to, but the gesture was incredibly kind, genuine, and much appreciated. The building itself feels a little gloomy when you first enter, but as you make your way up the stairs, it becomes noticeably more modern and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the Old Town."
