"Customer service was great all services are great except the waiters for the most part they don't greet you they rush through they don't have time for you some of them and as far as the room upgrade they did upgrade us to a remodel room somewhat nice room smelled like if it was over humidity inside the room and stink our clothes yes they did provide us with an exchange of room another upgrade but like I said you look like rooms were just remodeled because they forgot to free inspect the rooms...
