"The room was adequate, cleaning wasnt great and our ground floor room had the balcony door left ipen by the cleaner one day."

"Staff were very helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by which meant a lot of noise at night. Very loud music outside our room until 3am so only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had planned. Pool area looked quite tired. Breakfast was ok."

"Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely huge, cool room with mini fridge, excellent shower, and 2 mini balconies with shutters. Private - because the hotel opposite has closed. Whole hotel well presented and very clean. Welcoming reception and friendly staff."

"I like the hotel because of where it is, near to the beach, it has a lovely swimming pool, and gardens, and the staff are very nice, nothing to much trouble for them."

"Customer service"

"I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things: • Windowless inside room • No towels in the room • The room not ready as requested (2 beds) • Lack of parking instructions before arriving • Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy The breakfast was just OK. Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones"

"A nice hotel, ckean and reasonable. Try and book breakfast when booking your room, can be expensive otherwise"

"Accomodatie was heel mooi uitgerust, modern en voorzien van alle comfort. Het poestpersoneel heel vriendelijk, enkel van het personeel aan de balie kon er zelfs geen 'goeiedag' vanaf. Het restaurant van het hotel zelf raad ik niet aan, je kan veel beter eten in de stad, voor veel minder geld!"

"Great location and clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. We enjoyed it very much. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Good staff, good location, Very clean and overall can say 4 star place. Definitely back again"

"Très bon hôtel à conseiller avec un personnel aux petits soins, qualité prix rien à redire ainsi que sa situation géographique. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe"
