Parking is not free, even for hotel guests. This facility claims to be pet-friendly, yet during my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Rosa Rohnert Park, I was told that someone complained about my dog disturbing other guests while we were walking outside the property. My dog barked briefly to say hi, but it was not constant or excessive. We stayed for several days without any complaints, and suddenly on the day of check-out, this issue was brought up. Where’s the logic in that? To make matters worse, after checking out, we returned just five minutes later so my two elderly family members could use the public restroom before our drive home. The front desk told them they could not use it because it was “closed for cleaning.” Really??? I’m very disappointed that the management allowed these situations to happen. I will not be returning to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Rosa Rohnert Park, and I would discourage others from booking at this facility.
