"Confortable beds and convenient location and transportation to the airport.
The only detail that emerged was that the room had no "Do not disturb " sign and the cleaning lady opened the room at 10 AM while we still were there.
Other than that excellent hotel, service and location as usual. I´ve been staying there once or twice every year for the last 6 or 7 years and of course I´ll keep getting back "
"Hotels did not confirm booking with hotel. The itinerary was not in the system. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Hotels service phone number is not readily available on site. AI was not programmed to help. 50 minute check-in was not appreciated. Resolved by requesting a refund which was performed timely."
"The property, itself, was good. The only 2 things that could have brought the rating down would be 1) the parking lot where our room was located was scheduled to be repaved so we had to park on the other side of the property and lug all of our stuff (for a two night stay) including an ice chest and food items. 2) around 5 am on the morning we were to check out, a man was sitting on the curb screaming into his phone (a domestic issue, from the sound of it) BUT- we were already up and getting...
