"Stayed for one night-a Friday night. Check-in was easy and was asked if we preferred a city or river view. Was given a city view on the 23rd floor, which was lovely. However, when we returned to our room around 9:30pm, a rooftop bar/restaurant had a dj playing very loud music that continued until approx 11pm. Did not bother us, was able to fall asleep, but keep in mind if offered a choice of river or city view. (Not sure if this was a regular occurrence or a special party) Special shout out to housekeeping—we had an event to go to and the rooms don’t have irons/ironing boards any longer—only steamers. Needless to say the steamer wasn’t helping a cotton shirt and when I asked a housekeeper down the hall, she called her manager and got one delivered to our room. Lifesaver!! Shower was amazing. Took Uber 5 different times and all the drivers were exceptional and friendly. Just be sure to request drop off at the hotel entrance-otherwise you will be dropped off at the casino entrance and you will have to walk through casino to find the hotel. Enjoyed and would stay again."

"Great for if you just want a night or 2 out in detroit, the walls are super thin so i wouldn’t recommend if ur a light sleeper or wanting someplace luxurious but it was great having on site parking and i appreciated the 24/7 staff"

"This room felt like it had been forgotten and left to quietly fall apart. The first thing that hit me was the air—heavy, damp, and almost swampy. Everything felt slightly moist, like the room had been holding its breath for too long. It didn’t feel fresh or ventilated, just uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were visible stains on the bedding and furniture, which immediately made it hard to relax. Surfaces didn’t look properly wiped down, and overall it gave the impression that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Between the damp air and the lack of cleanliness, it just didn’t feel like a safe or comfortable place to stay. I wouldn’t return, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you have the option."
