"The room smelled very bad"

"Very clean hotel, worth the money."

"Just an average hotel stay. Upon arrival (after posted check-in time) rooms were not ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms. For the most part the lobby and rooms were clean, except for in the room the mattress sat on a pedestal type frame and there were crumbs and other debris sitting alongside the mattress. This was a little disturbing. The outside of the hotel could definitely use some TLC. It seemed there were more weeds in front of the hotel than there was grass."

"We had "fun" at check in Gerri was great. Went to our room, it hadn't been cleaned. Gerri - no hassle upgrade. Really clean and upgraded. They were hosting youths soccer teams, you would never know. Breakfast outstanding! Great staff. If the staff is having fun you know you have great operation, but better, a great customer experience. Mr. Hampton Inn this is rare, look after this team."

"Property was clean and quiet. Only stayed for 1 night. Close to the golf course. Thanks"

"After reading all of the reviews online, I think my expectations were too high. The hotel is incredibly convenient if you are flying out of DTW, but other than that it's just OK. The staff was friendly. However, the common areas and room felt a little run down. There were dirty dishes littering the hallways waiting to be collected. The ceiling in our room was peeling. Our towels looked they had been washed 10,000 times. They were clean, but the whole experience is not exactly what you expect...

"The rooms were great, with clean kitchen, beds, bathrooms. The location was great just off the highway, however noisy in early hours, try getting the rooms on the other side, The break fast could be bit better."

"Staff friendly. Felt safe traveling alone as a female. Room clean with no problems. Great parking especially coming in after dark by myself."

"Aa"

"Stealing money for a property that isn’t even running yet accepting many bookings. "

"Great clean room with lots of space! Breakfast was good, service was excellent! Close to shopping, dining and expressways."

"They need to update the bathroom if anything else the toilet did not flush properly and it was just way too outdated"
