This hotel is clean and a very nice place to stay. However, when I booked online it said breakfast was included and when I went to get breakfast in the morning I was told it was not. I informed them what it said and the essentially told me I was out of luck. The first employee that rejected me was rude and on her phone and the second is the one that said oh well basically

The staff member James was very professional and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and up to date. So many choices of snacks and restaurants around and one inside the hotel. I will always come here for a nice relaxing stay.

Excellent staff. Courteous and responsive. Property is dated but everything worked fine. Recommend a continental breakfast included since there's little options for breakfast in the area.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Pros: The saving grace for this hotel was that it's close to a gym and coopershawk...and the gentleman who checked me in was kind. Cons: I had hair on my bed, the shower supplies were half empty and the bathroom still had hair in it. My room was right by the elevator (fine, but loud). The elevators worked but they seemed sketchy, so I took the stairs mostly. I was going to try to use the gym there but it looks nothing like the pictures and only had a couple of treadmills and dbs. There was so bar on site (like pics show), no coffee supplies in room (beside the coffee) and no free breakfast. I tried to sit outside by the pool bc the weather was gorgeous, but was unable to do so bc it was locked and there was nowhere else to sit... I only stayed for one night, but if it were for longer I would have found somewhere else to stay.
