lobby area was clean. front desk staff was friendly. i do find it strange that housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 7am. never seen that before. The pool and spa.... spa was so dark u couldnt see the bottom. i didnt get in. turned the jets on to see what happened and it immediately filled with a foot of foam. i know for a fact thats not safe. pool doesnt look like the bottom has been cleaned in years. felt like the heater wasnt working either. pool area Definitely left neglected for awhile.
